2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Dashmallow.
3. Authorized Advertising Account Access
You may connect only advertising accounts that you own or are authorised to access and report on. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission from your clients or business partners before connecting their ad accounts or sending reports based on their advertising data.
4. Acceptable Use
- Do not use Dashmallow to access accounts you are not authorised to access.
- Do not violate Meta Platform Terms, Google API Terms, Google Ads policies, or other third-party platform terms.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
- Do not resell or sublicense access to Dashmallow without written permission.
5. Third-Party Platform Connections
Dashmallow connects to Meta Ads and Google Ads via their APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the applicable Meta and Google terms and policies.
You can revoke Dashmallow's access from the Data Sources page inside Dashmallow, from Google Account Permissions, or from Facebook App Settings.
6. Subscription and Billing
Dashmallow may offer free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe. You may cancel from the Billing page. Pricing may change with notice, but changes will not affect your current billing period.
7. AI-Generated Content
Dashmallow may generate AI-assisted executive summaries based on advertising metrics. These summaries are provided as drafts. You are responsible for reviewing and approving report content before sending it to clients.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of Dashmallow is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of client information, branding assets, and advertising data you connect or input into Dashmallow.
